Although NJAC bill was prepared with great caution and care, efforts were made for its democretic fairness also still there were some apprehensions where political interference could influence the system which ultimately jeopardise the freedom of judiciary. Judges to be appointed by judges is again a tricky game. Uncle judges system was off shoot of it judges relatives and near ones grabbed the judgeship.
