Yes it's well begun for peace loving people but "not done" for weapons manfacturers who need conflicts to market their wares or threats from neighbouring or far off adversaries. What it means for INDIA which is spending 3.9 and 6% of GDP respectively on Health and education to become developed India needs to spend more on these two but as mentioned above INDIA will be forced to spend more and more on defence purchases and production. NOT A VERY GOOD SITUATION FOR INDIA'S POOR POPULATION when Mohan Bhagwat says only 18% can afford private healthcare rest 82% cannot. It's a situation which you can not avoid given the materialistic world around us screaming NO PEACE, MY WAY OR HIGH WAY AND NO-NO NOT YOUR WAY AND POOR PEACE HAS GONE INTO HIDING with no role even for religious leaders of major religions. UN has lost its relevance with no one listening to it.
