Very well written. I would request you to produce a write up and update on the incarceration of Hemant Soren also. People have no clue on what his lawyers are upto if at all they are doing something.
He seems to be following the traditional route-- will file for bail in the trial court....and go up the judicial hierarchy, should he fail to get relief in the court of original jurisdiction.
No such bail has been filed. Maybe he's waiting for the formal complaints/ the chargesheets to be filed by the ED and. or CBI in the respective trial courts.
