Gurudwara Sahab is open for everyone. Anyone coming in there becomes Sangat. Every member of Sangat should be treated equally. Even if Indira Gandhi or Rajeev Gandhi had come to Gurudwara Sahab, our traditions must have been upheld.

SGPC has done an extremely great job in defaming our Panth and Sikhs in general. Very fact that SGPC and terrorists of SFJ have same view shows the character of SGPC. Where was SGPC when Amritpal Singh carried the swarup of SGGS to a police station? Why do the SGPC or Islamist Giani Harpreet Singh not ask SFJ not to use Khanda Sahib on their political flag?

SGPC's character and acts (other than managing Gurudwaras) are disgusting and disgraceful. They do not want to listen to Sikhs who have global exposure and have done well in their lives. They rather fall for radicals and are happy with keeping the sangat illiterate and naive.

Pertinent questions for the SGPC, which it will not bother to address.

Secondly in Gurmat, you can boycott a tyrant or perceived tyrant but not her /his next generations. Guru Sahab fought against Aurangzeb while his successor was not treated as an adversary. Whenever there is confusion, we should try to imagine how our Gurus would have responded in such a situation. Then no doubts would remain.

As far as Rahul Gandhi is concerned, he was a minor during the Sikh’s struggle in the eighties. After that he never had a government position and he cannot be blamed for any wrongs on the part of Government. At present he is one of the most genuine politicians working for the rights of people especially the under privileged and minorities. I have no qualms in accepting that he is the only person who’s genuinely working for the redemption of the country from the current crises.

Not individuals, but the party-the organization is constant. What about that?

SGPC needs to reform itself. SAD too sadly is in bad shape and till it pulls itself up, cannot claim to represent Punjabis leave alone Sikhs.

There seem to be two elemental problems:-

-one: most religious institutions in every religion of the world are run by pedantic, geriatric persons who are totally out of touch with the evolved & evolving world. They hence remain bent on trying to establish an order based on their world view.

-two: although most such persons rose to these posts from being merely interpreters of the holy scriptures, people believe these persons too are endowed with some levels of divine power, and thereby immense wisdom & sagacity.

Whereas, they are just human, and thereby prone to human frailties, and therefore fallible - but they aren’t willing to grant the same latitude to others. Ergo, the emphasis on punitiveness instead of piety.
