Civil Servants, their detractors say, have a penchant for making the “dead issues look live”. We have delved a little more underneath the skin to see what is that about the taxidermists that seems to inspire our Civil Servants. We discovered nine more reasons. Tell us if you agree.

Preserving and conserving heritage is new fad;
